Question: ARGH! I can't sleep!
I can't sleep because my fiancee snores loudly!. How do I get any sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well It is important yo know why the cause of snoring,,
What you can do for this problem not be repeated you can tell her to:
Sleep on her side side of the bed
Elevate the head of the bed in her head
Limit alcohol and medications
Clear the nasal passages
And work out!.!. or lose weight of course!.
If she sleeps with her mouth closed it might be a problem with the tongue is probably the culprit !.
If it is with your mouth open the snoring is likely related to the tissues in her throat
Only on your back ,snoring is probably mild
