What can I do to cure lower leg pain caused by jumping jacks?!

Question: What can I do to cure lower leg pain caused by jumping jacks!?
I am a runner who substitutes 45 minutes of jumping jacks for running or days when the weather is not suitable for exercising outdoors!.

Because jumping jacks are very similar to centrework that I do in my ballet classes, I assumed it would be safe to do them in bare feet because in ballet class we dance either in ballet slippers or barefoot!. This is a recent idea, I have only been doing them barefoot for a few months!.

However, over the last 2 weeks or so, my shins have been very, very sore!. I have continued to run and jump but I have cut my time down and give myself days in between workouts to recover!. Am I worsening the situation by continuing to push!? Is jumping in bare feet the culprit!?

Thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
jumping barefoot in itself is not the problem!.
The technique you use may be!.
Most likely you're landing on the heels of your feet, which is bad!.
Of course continuing to do that will only make things worse!.

Change your technique to land on the front of your feet, using the spring action of your muscles and bone structure to distribute your weight and cushion the impact!.

Use the same technique when walking barefoot (especially when running)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you did'nt have it before!.
