Question: A good plan for today
Okay, so I'm 14 and enjoying what little there is of the summer left, and without realizing it, I stayed up until !.!.!.!.!. well!.!.!.!. now!.!.!.
I never went to sleep!. Tips on what I should do so I can go to bed, but wake up early enough so I can still enjoy the day!? I don't want to have to resort to coffee!. Should I take a warm shower, and make a cup of tea and try to sleep!? That sounds good but I just don't want to end up waking up at 11:00!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with you! You should go to bed now and get ready for another exciting day! You are so young!! you should enjoy your teen years while you can! Time flies really fast!! I am going to turn 20 in less than a month now!.!.!.!. I am regretting how i use to waste my summer vacation during my teen days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to bed and ask your brain to wake you at xxx time!. Believe, and you will wake up just before that time!. It works the same way as what you did to stay awake!.
