Thanks for the answer you gave about the white spots!
Is this helping my spots!? Me to hold a warm flannel on my spots, then splash warm water on my face a few times (to open pores) then spalsh cold water on my face (to close pores) then moisturise with 'aloe moisturiser' and also to drink loads of water!?
Anyone else can answer too!!! For those of you who will: I have little white spots under my eyes that are freakin' annoying - I wanna get rid of them somehow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey! That should definitley help
I think I left a message in the comments section of your last one cause I wasn't able to email :P
It's pretty easy to make your own exfoliating scrub if you can't get your hands on a commercial one,
such as:
Mixing one-fourth (1/4th) cup of olive oil with sugar crystals (or you can use granulated brown sugar), add a few drops of lemon juice!. You can also add a drop of essential oil (lavender) or some lavender leaves for a nice fresh scent!.
This is an excellent site to use for beauty 'recipes' :
http://www!.recipegoldmine!.com/beauty/bea!.!.!.
If you can't use an exfoliant at all, you could try using a loofah (or whatever those poofy things in showers/baths are called), bristle brushes designed for exfoliation, or cloths
I don't believe there is any quick cure, and there's an urban myth that it has something to do with the amount of cholesterol or calcium in your diet, but it's not proven!.
For example, I don't get them, my sister does and we have almost identical diets!.
They do go away with time and patience however
My sister has a similar problem and she makes her own exfloation thing, uses the warm cloth cold water thing as well as a good moisturizer and she's been clear the majority of the time
Water's alway a good idea too:D
Good luck, hope I helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

sterilise a pin head and then stick in white spot then gently push white out!.!.!.works i,ve done it a few times you only need to pierce skin and not stick pin right in!you will not get rid of them by opening closing pores you see!Www@Answer-Health@Com

best way to do this is exfoliation, the spots or "white heads' your talking about is basicly excess dead skin clogging up your pores, it can also be excess product (eg foundation, eye cream, talcom powder!.!.!.) or anallergic reaction!. But I am going to assume its one of the first two!.

First, its very important you wash your face thoroughly everyday, I am sure your aware of this but others who may read this may not be!.
First, cleanse your face with warm water to open the pores, you can do this with a mild cleanser but it can be done with plain water, rinse for a good 60 to 120 seconds to get the pores open as it takes time to warm the skin!.
Next wash your face once with a mild exfoliant, use an exoliant once or twice a week, no more, at othet times use a general cleaner!.The exfoliant will help release debris under the eyes!.
Then wash again- straight after, this time withwith a mild foaming deep cleanser, allow your fingers (with clean hands btw!) to build up quite a big lather- keep your eyes closed though! then rinse!.

After this, dab your skin dry with a towel- do not scrub dry it may oull the skin of damage your eyes, it also may clog the skin with the very same skin cells your trying to release!.

After this, use a toner to wipe any excess skin cells off, the towel wint do this, a toner will!. If you have dry skin, look out for ones for sensitive skin, and espacially if your going around your eyes!.

When done with this, apply a mild moistuiriser!.

You will neede to do this whole rountine twice a day, essentially its washing your face twice, toning and moisturising!. You can also if you want, treat your skin with an antibacterial skin cream such as witch hazel or tea tree oil!. Others may be too harsh for your eye area, even these may be too harsh so look for specialised products, but the spots your talking about are not really spots as such, they are more dead skin cells or skin plugs so are unlikely to be affected by an antibac cream, unless its going to dry them out in which case they shouldnt be used as the eye area of your skin is very delicate and can become damaged or over stretched easily leading to wrinkles or painful skin sores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
