Finger tips?????please help!


Question: Finger tips!?!?!?!?!?please help
yesterday my arm had a fast heart beat and my hand then had pins and needles and feeling a lil numb this morning i went to see if it went and now everytime i touch a couple of my finger tips they feel funny please help im 19 by the wayWww@Answer-Health@Com
