well yes blood clot or heart attack, but if its been going on for a few days did you fall on your shoulder!? you could have pinched one of your main nerves that will cause you pain and numbness!. Call or go to your dr if it continues or if you think your having a heart attack!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Doesn't sound good!. If the pain in your shoulder is constant and you're not accidentally cutting off the blood flow to your foot (could cause numbness) you should address this immediately!. Especially if any probs breathingWww@Answer-Health@Com
