Answers:
It is hard to know for sure, but it sounds like you may need to get a squeezy ball and squeeze it frequently to 1!. flex the joints in your hand, 2!. strengthen your hand and wrist (where the fracture occurred) 3!. to stretch the skin!.
But it is best to have ultra sound and /or electric stimulation from physical therapy!. That is something your Dr!. should have discussed with you and it should have been done longer than a few sessions!. You should go back to your Dr!. and ask about the ultra sound and electric stimulation therapy!.

Until you rebuild all the strength and flexibility that you lost it will feel weak and stiff!. Even though you don't have to go to physio any more make sure you continue to do the exercises they gave you and every few days gradually increase the reps and weight you are doing in your physio exercises!. If you don't have any from physio let me know and I will try to find you some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this bone is notorious for poor healing (avascular necrosis), see your GP for an X ray before doing strengthening exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
