Question: I am in Michigan and I am as healthy as a fish, but if I get sick!?
I am not getting sick since more than 10 years, so I decided not to have health insurance because it's REALLY expensive!.
I live in Michigan, so I was thinking that in case I get sick and need some medical treatment, would it be a good idea to go to Canada (one hour from here) and get the treatment there!?
I know that in Canada there is free socialized health care for Canadian citizens, so I thought that it might be cheaper for me (american) to get treated there while paying out of pocket!.
Is that a good idea!?
