Question: Major headache !! please help!

well, i have heat stroke from being out in the sun, i'm badly burnt!.
i fell asleep at 8 last night, and got about 17hr sleep!.
Tonight i have a very painful headache, everytime i try to talk i start crying a little bit, i have tears coming down my face, cause of the pain!.
it's throbbing pretty bad, and my throat is starting to sting!. it's about, 10:00, so i don't know what to do, i can't sleep at all, and i;ve tried taking advil about an hour ago, it's not working at all!.

I know if I sleep to much I will get a really bad headache also!. The pain below the ear could be the beggining of an ear infection which is why you have a sore throat!. You definately need to drink alot of water or gatoraid to replace all the fluid & salts you lost from being in the sun so long!. An I!.V!. would benifit you at this point but if thats not possible try some salty chips with a LOT of cold water!.Good luck and feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had heat stroke once, but not from the sun!. My suggestion is to drink a lot of cold water, notice I said water, not liquids!. Try to get in front of something like a fan and have it blowing on you, to help keep your fever down!. Yes, your skin has a fever!. You should probably actually go to the er and have IV's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try drinking some water and maybe take an ibuprofen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink lot's of water and gatoraid and go to the hospital some thing with sodium will help as well Www@Answer-Health@Com
