My alarm clock that's on the other side of the room!. I put it on really loud so that it annoys me and I have to get up and turn it off!. Then I don't have the feeling to go back to sleep because I had to get up!. Or sometimes when I don't use my alarm ill use my phone and ill put a ringtone on it and I wake up because I think someone is calling me!. And that makes me wake up!. During the summer time I usually will wake up myself!. Unless I have something to do then I set an alarm clock!. On Sundays though, my mom will usually wake me up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
