You need to rest 24 - 48 hours minimum between workouts!. When you work out, you tear up muscle fibers!. These need time to repair (that's what makes your muscles bigger) If you're in that much pain, you're using too much weight or trying to do too much!. Some soreness is normal, but too much pain indicates you're using too much weight or too many reps!. I would recommend hiring a qualified trainer for a few sessions to show you a good program to follow!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recomend that you slow down just a little bit!. It appers that you are doing to much too fast!. Allow your body to adjust to the exercise and build up to doing more!. Also varry your workouts!. Say if you wanted to work out 5 times per week here would be an example schedule; Moday- Cardio 50 minuets Tuesday- Weight lifting Wed!. Cardio, Thurs!. Weight lifting Fri Cardio!. Also add in things such as swiming!. Also you need to warm up for a least 10-15 minuets before you begin and cool down and stretch for at least 10 minuets after you are down!. Listen to your body if it tells you its too much then slow down!. Also make sure you have enough food and water in your body before during and after exercise!. Take time to stretch your muscles in between your sets!. A good way to get a schedule extablished is to get a personal trainer to guide you!. I did this and learned so much from himWww@Answer-Health@Com

The problem is you are working out EVERY DAY!. When you work out, you fatigue your muscles!. They respond by growing bigger and stronger!. ONLY if you are giving them adequate rest AFTER you lift!. That is, lift today, and lift tomorrow, your muscles have NOT fully recovered!. You end up with LESS growth, less strength, and a LOT of soreness!.

Bottom line; lift heavy ONCE A WEEK!. Lift light every day the rest of the week, doing stretching AND aerobics along with your weightlifting!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your sore because your muscles are tired from all the exercise!. If you didn't stretch than it is extremely possible that you are sore from your muscles being pulled in the wrong places!.next time try taking motrin before you work out and ice the areas where it hurts after your done!.

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles are going through the repair stage!. It's going to hurt until they are built for the workout you do currently!. Use muscle relaxant like Tiger Balm, or Bengay!.

Another thing you can do, stretch!. Simply stretching each target muscle 30 seconds or more will loosen the muscle a bit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like you might have bad joints or something of that nature!. you can take some advil liquid gels for pain but seeing a doctor is the best way to find out what it is!.
or you could lower the intensity of your workout and gradually increase it as you get used to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles are tearing and ripping (literally) and you have to just rest for a couple of days to give them time to heal, when the fibers grow back this is what you call muscle, every time you work out the more your muscles do this, thus creating big arms!. legs ectWww@Answer-Health@Com

its good that your muscles hurt after you workout (maybe do it every other day though) it means you are doing it right

when you workout you are ripping your muscles apart, and they repair themselves and get bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because your using your muscles more than they are used to

Eventually they will get used to it but try to reduce your work out session time and slowly build up to avoid the pain next day :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cearful you could have pulled a mussel!. Tell your doctor!. And try to use Icee Hot!. Or Icee hot pad!. Try to d massages yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

djellos right, once you get into a work out routine and start doing it a while your body will get used to it and you wont have this problem anymoreWww@Answer-Health@Com

your body just needs to adjust to your workout plan!. it doesn't mean you should shorten your workout; just keep doing the same thing and you'll adjust soon!. good luck :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

i got that feeling when i first worked out in a long time, it takes time to get use to, but dont stop exercisingWww@Answer-Health@Com

your just not used to it yet the more you do it the more youll be ok!.!.drink lots of water thoWww@Answer-Health@Com

because your not used to it!.
your body needs time to adjust to the strain of exercise!.
just dont go so hard i guessWww@Answer-Health@Com

your body isnt use to it yetWww@Answer-Health@Com
