How does knee tendinitis heal?!
Question: How does knee tendinitis heal!?
my knee had been a little swollen for 2 months then i went to see a doctor and she said i had tendinitis but she told me to do an eco to make sure it was just it!.
i took some anti inflammatory medicines and been icing it but it's much more painful now and it kinda hurts to walk!.
the eco is next week, is there any chance it got worst!?

you are getting fluid build up in your knee from the inflammation!.
elevate your leg!.!.when you are at home!.!.prop it up on pillows!.!.to keep it elevated!.
try this:
warm towels!.!.with a black plastic bag wrapped over them!.!.'
sit in the sun for a little while!.!.the black will absorb the sun!.!.keeping the towels very warm!.
it will take the spasm away!.
( i had a very bad leg injury many years ago & this is what helped!.!.i also had physical therapy!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The ONLY treatment is time, rest, ice, and anti-inflammatorys!. And by time I could mean WEEKS!. Sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
