Okay very urgent? i need help with my knee!!

You may have some damage to the knee cap!. Time will tell!. You should be icing it now during the first twenty four hours after the injury!. Keep the leg rested and elevated, and take a 600 Mg Motrin, if not allergic to aspirin, for any pain or swelling that may develop!. Ice the knee, twenty minutes on, twenty off!. Do this at least two times a day!. After twenty for hours, use moist heat!. Soak a towel in hot water, ring it out then apply around the knee!. Do this several times each treatment, at least two or three!. Then apply some Aspercreme Cream, again if you are not allergic to aspirin!. Resting that leg is the best medicine for a couple days!. If not better soon and it gets worse, you'll have to have an MRI of it to see what the problem lays!. Best to you young lady!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be on the safe side i would just go to see the doctor and let him x-ray it, because i broken one of my knuckles like a year ago playing baseball and i could move it but it hurt!. i just put ice on it and then it kept hurting so like two weeks later i went to the doctors and i did break it, but they couldn't do anything about, because i waited to long, so now my hand has a little bump on it and it is still healing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
