Question: How bad is not getting enough sleep
Does it matter if you go to sleep at 4 am but you wake up at 1 pm!?

Not getting enough sleep can lead to hallucinations, rapid heart rate, high blood pressure and of course dark circles under your eyes!.

To get rid of dark circles, try slices of cucumber or white potato!.

Good question! I didn't get enough sleep last night so I'm wondering too! It seems to be that 6 to 9 hours is the ideal amount for most people!. 8 hours is probably the best!. If you don't get enough you become tired, more susceptible to colds and viruses and can create a "sleep deficit"!.

I don't think it matters when you go to bed and wake up, but I think it's more natural for the human body to sleep at night when it's dark and not during the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of it is genetic!. I have them to!. Just get lots of sleep, and try not be stressed to much!. I also have heard that when you cry a lot under eye circles appear darker!. Not sure if it's true tho!. Also drink plenty of water!. Getting a bit of color in your face as well as putting cold spoons under eyes may help!. Get ShiSeido Benefiance Revitalizing Cream!. I got mine from Macy's and just a tiny dab of it does wonders on dark circles!.

vitamin E oil,olive oil,cucumbers, & a doctor can also help!. I have pretty bad ones so this is all from experience!.

yes it matters because the body has a natural rhythm where different hormones are released at different times of the night for health and repair!.
