i have tons of guy frends who wear contacts!. Each nite after i take them out i just fill up the case with solution and stick them in!. In the mornin i take em out and squirt a bit of solution on, rub it around the lens for a few seconds, then stick it on the tip of my index finger, take my nonwriting hand, pull up the top eyelid, bring my hand w/contact near the eye, take my middle finger on that hand and pull down the bottom eyelid and stick it in my eye and kinda move it round in circles til it stays!. Sometimes after i put it in i have an air bubble or two so i just have to push them out!. then i do the same with the other contact!. They dont hurt at all but when you put them in ur eyes will probably water like CRAZY and feel like u have an eyelash in them!. To take them out i just take my nonwriting hand, pull up my eyelid, and just kind of pull it off and keep grabbing til its out!. At first their hard to take out but within a few days ull be a natural!. I put the lens back in the case(the right one!!!dont mix up left and right) and put on my glasses!. When u first go to the eye docs theyll check ur eyes and everything, then they get ur prescription!. They have to put in an order for ur first trial pair of contacts, which take about a week to get!. Then they call you and you schedule an appointment to try them out!. YOu just go in some back room with one of the techs and they teach you how to put them in and have you do that, and take them out!. Then you leave with them in!. For the first day, ull probly wear them 3-4 hours!.!.!.then adding 2 more hours every day!. You need to get used to them before wearing them all day, otherwise ur eyes will hurt and be flaming red and ull have to start all over!. After a week of wearing ur trial lenses ull go back to the docs and theyll give you another eye exam with ur contacts in, and they may have to reorder some, if u dont do so well in the exam!. O and, if you have an agstigmatism like i do, there will be these 2 things on ur contacts that look like almost scratches, and u line them up with 12 and six o clock(so one dash on the top, one on bottom) so they fit comfortably over the shape of ur eye!.

Occasionally, people with dry eyes might need to bring eye drops to wet their contacts to keep them comfortable!.
Then length of time it takes to put on and take out contact lenses depends on skill!. At first, it can take minutes to get it right, but these days, I can put them on in about three second per eye and take them out in about two seconds per eye!.
I've personally found that wearing glasses tends to give me motion sickness headaches due to variations in thickness of the lenses, and contact lenses do not have this problem!. Some people are squeamish about the thought having plastic on their eyeballs, and others have problems with dry eyes and cannot wear contact lenses!. However, many people (especially those who regularly damage or lose their glasses) find contact lenses to be more convenient and easier to maintain than glasses!.

You have soft clear lenses with a blue rim that you put into your eyes by placing one on your finger and gently touching your eye!. It should stay in place and not feel uncomfortable!. To remove them is a little tricky, you have to open your eye wide and use your thumb and index finger to grab it and pull it out!. It took me about 20 minutes to take them out on my first try but you get the hang of it quickly!. And no, it would be better for a guy to wear contacts than glassesWww@Answer-Health@Com
No, not at at all! They are fairly easy to use and you cant feel them when they are on :) When you go to your eye doctor they will show you how to put them in and give you some to wear!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well to use them you just stick them into your eye and depends whether or not their prescribed, like purple ones i would say is a little fruity but not like clear ones or anything like that!! But if it floats your boat go for it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
