Shoe tongue hurting foot!

Question: Shoe tongue hurting foot

I just got new shoes and the tongue seems to be rubbing against the top of my foot and it hurts, how can i fix it!?

Umm!.!.!. get different shoes!? Or, go get one of those arch-support wrap things (they usually wrap around the top of your foot), and use it until you break your shoes in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
