10 pnts..I am getting severe cramping-sharp pains in my lower part of my stomach!

Question: 10 pnts!.!.I am getting severe cramping-sharp pains in my lower part of my stomach!.!.
I had 2 Csections, and this has been going on since last year, about a month after my second child!. When I am ovulating I get sharp pains on my left side, and when I have to go to the bathroom (BM!.!.!.sorry TMI) I get really bad cramping and sharp pains, around the area where my scar is!. I went to the doctor yesterday, and he said it is probably scar tissue!. Could scar tissue put you in so much pain, that you black out!? A couple months ago, I almost called 911, because I was alone with my two children, could not get a hold of anybody, and I was in so much pain, the room started to get dark and I saw white spots!. I was afraid I was going to pass out, with my children in the house!. I had a CT scan done, and a ultrasound, just showed a cyst, but it's gone now, after I followed up!. I just can't get a piece of mind, if it is the scar tissue, am I going to have to go through this pain the rest of my life!? Thank you in advanced for any advice, info!.!.!.!.!.anything for a piece of mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
After two c-sections, you quite probably have adhesions- which is where parts stick together that really shouldn't stick together inside the abdominal lining!. And yes, when they get pulled or strained the pain can be quite bad-enough to pass out sometimes!. Anytime you do abdominal surgery, there is the risk of forming adhesions- and the more often you disturb a scar to do it, the greater the risk is they will form!. That's certainly what you have, after two sections!. You do not have to suffer from it for life though!. A doctor can perform a laproscopic procedure to locate the site of the adhesions and release them!. Once released, they should not reform and you should get a lot of relief!. A gyn can do this, or a general surgeon- either one is qualified!. If you got pregnant again, the adhesions would also tend to break as the pregnancy progressed!. But if you had a third c-section, chances are great they would reform again!. Given you have so much pain, I'd say you should discuss the procedure to release them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same issuse!.!.!. I have never had a C-section, but i do have endometriosis, which causes scar tissue to build up and it can be very painful!.!.!. I have gone for alot of tests and not much seems to solve things for me!. My doctor says birthcontrol will help with the pain, but i have recently started acupunture!. It has so far proven to help relieve a bit of the painsWww@Answer-Health@Com
