How do you clean a wound? is neosporin really necessary?!

Question: How do you clean a wound!? is neosporin really necessary!?
Answers:
As long as you keep it clean & dry, you don't NEED Neosporin!. It is helpful in killing bad bacteria though!. I do NOT reccommend frequent use of peroxide! Peroxide is actually a poison, and kills the newly developing cells, resulting in longer healing & more likelihood of scarring! Also, normal saline alone doesn't do anything unless it's mixed with betadine or iodine, so using it alone for cleaning is inneffective on anything but surface dirt!. Your best bet is soap & warm water, drying with something clean!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Neosporin is not necessary at all!.!.!. for some it can be more bad than good!. It usually dries out skin, and kills the good bacteria that aid in healing more than it kills the bad bacteria!. Also, some are allergic to it!. I am allergic to sulfa drugs so I cannot use neosporin or common burn creams!.

It is far better to clean the wound with either a saline solution or poroxide (such as for a deep cut or splinter)!. Then bandageWww@Answer-Health@Com

Use peroxide and use it until it doesn't bubble as much, then let the wound air out and dry!. Put a band aid on it and it should scab over in one night!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's best to flush it out with Normal Saline!.!.!.you can buy it at any store, Then apply neosporin and a dry, sterile dressing!. The neosporin helps bacteria from breeding and helps keep your wound infection-free!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
