Ways to improve sleep?!


Question: Ways to improve sleep!?
I normally get bad sleep and it's because I store, because my wind pipe falls short when I lay on my back!. I'm 20, but I feel like I'm 25 or 30 some days I'm so tired and weak!. What are some good ways to improve sleep or should I go ahead and get this checked out!? Usually, I have this terrible neck pain too and I think that plays a role in my bad sleep too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If sleeping on your side doesn't help you could try warm milk, melatonin, valerian, 5-HTP or other natural remedies that you can find in a web search for "natural sleep remedies"!.

Sleeping on your back is more likely to cause snoring than sleeping on your side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't know about wind pipes but maybe you can try the floor (good for straight back) with blankets and a good pillow (prevents neck pain/back) and drink water so you don't get nightmares as easily!. It's best to sleep on your back though!. Sleep at around the same time everyday at least 8 hrsWww@Answer-Health@Com
