I understand your pain!. I am living in Las Vegas right now and let me tell you!.!. 100 degrees at night 118 top in the day!. I am awaiting for my air conditioner to get fixed because it broke!. I am sweating like a pig over here!. Your lucky you get to go golfing!.!. yes take water with ice and wear light clothes and as someone else said, color: white!. And make sure to take sunblock!. I don;t want to sound stupid but 2 of my sisters and my wife have told me that if they tie thier hair back or use hair pins to hold back their hair they actually get migrains,,, So try letting your hair fall naturally,, I don't know if this works or not but the females in my family says it doesWww@Answer-Health@Com

you might have migraines you should see your doctor so they can see why you are having these headaches they normally don't go away but they can give you meds for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
