Whatever you do, do not hold your nose and blow, you can pop your ear drums (not fun)!. This could actually lead to deafness, either temporary or permanent depending on your anatomy and your history!. Unfortunatly I have seen it too many times to recommend even trying it with caution!.

If you've got too much wax in your ear, put peroxide in your ear!. (Pour peroxide into the cap!. Tip your head sideways, pour it in and let it fizz for a minute!. Then put some tissue up to your ear and tip your head to the side to let it drain out!. The fizzing should losen the wax, and tipping your head should allow the wax and peroxide to drain out!. You can try performing the Valsalva maneuver to help pressurize your middle ear!. You hold your nose shut, take a deep breath, close your mouth and try to blow--this directs the air into your Eustachian tubes!. This often helps to clear the fluid from your middle ears faster!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
