Question: Why does my Achilles heal always hurt after i'm done marching!?
for the past two weeks, it's been hurting to walk!. the pain goes away after a few minutes but the day after i'm done marching, it starts up again!. i've been following what my parents told me to do (putting this cream on it) but it's the same thing each day!. am i doing something wrong when i'm marching!? i don't bounce and i'm always rolling my feet (like i'm supposed to do)Www@Answer-Health@Com
