i hurt it from flicking it as hard as i can 2 da right side(my right foot) when i was skateboarding and it really hurts im not sure if its sprain or somthing but i tried icing it 4 hours and its been hurting 4 like 3 weeks how can i fix itWww@Answer-Health@Com
