Answers:
The pain there may be coming from the skin, muscle or the lower part of the descending colon;!.and the female internal organs!. If it is from the skin there will be an inflammation, swelling or superficial tenderness!. This can happen due to the tight jean!.

When you say that it gets sharper when it sucks in I will first think of the muscle there!. This is possible if you strained the muscle during exercise, or during normal bending !.

Pains due accumulation of gas in the lower colon may be associated with other factors like expulsion of gases or a history of intolerance to food or diarrhea!.

Muscle pain can come while sucking in of the abdomen if you have done any abdominal exercises recently!.

But the most important is that it may be a pain coming from the pelvic organs!. Inside there are the ovaries and the tubes!.

If the pain is bearable you can observe for 1 to 2 days and take some pain relievers , and do some local fomenting!.

If it persists you have to meet a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes that happens to me also!. (I'm a guy, I don't wear low rise jeans)!. But I usually just assume to myself that it might be gas!. Or maybe you ate too fast!. To get rid of it, I just take a Tums, lay on my stomach, or inhale a deep breath (despite the pain), and then it goes away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This only happens when you wear the jeans!? It might mean your jeans are too tight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
