The first Fentanyl Patch I had contained a gel between two films!. Now I just have the film with the Fentanyl impregnated into it!. I think in the USA they still doe the gel, while in Europe they got rid of the gel!. However either way they both work!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
