Question: Yellow sponge under cut!?
I got a dog bite off my 4 month old puppy on my finger this morning!.!. Damn razor puppy teeth!.!. Its very deep and a yellow spongy stuff started to pop out, in like bumps!.!. What is it!? Initially I thought it was some sorta poison or infection or something but it appeared instantly!. So I'm thinking its just part of the skin underneath or fat because its the underside of my finger by the squashy part!.
Just curiosity, I may have to get stitches if it doesnt show healing within a day or two!.

It's fat from underneath the skin!.
I would personally (From experience) just rub some antiseptic cream on the cut and put a plaster on it!. The plaster will absorb any fat or poison that may have been located in the cut!.
I wouldn't bother going to the doctor for it unless you really fell the need!.

It is fat under the skin!.
You will need to have treatment- perhaps stitches and definitely a tetanus injection!Www@Answer-Health@Com
