Question: My was kneed in the ear and now it is purple!?
Today I was on the trampoline and my friends and I were playing popcorn!. At one point I was bounced up as my friend come down and his knee collided into my left ear!.
It felt like it was gushing blood when it first happened, but we kept playing!.
Now it has been about 8 hours since then and I put some head phones on!. My left ear has been slightly annoying, but nothing besides that up until I put the head phones on!.
Immediately my ear has like a burning, sore feeling and I went to check it in the mirror!.
Compared to my right ear, my left is DEFINITELY darker (purple & red)!.
I tried to take a picture but it didn't turn out so well

I'm sure you won't be able to tell much from the pictures (with the poor lighting and all), but does it look slightly bruised!? Should I ice it!?
My parents are sleeping and I didn't think it was too serious!.
I can hear from it ok, though it feels like I have water in it!.

Hm!. That looks like it hurts!. Ice probably won't help now that you waited too long!. Just let it "breathe"!. Don't put headphones or anything on it!. If it gets worse or doesn't change in about 2-4 weeks, tell your parents and go to a doctor!.

Ice may help, but it might be too late since you did it a while ago!. It will be find, if it gets worse, go to the doctor, but if it feels like it is improving it may take a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should really wake up one of your folks and have them look at it, You could have a blood clot, the watery feeling, or a broken blood vessel in your ear!. Better to be safe than sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
