Answers:
you should know when you pull a muscle!. the first time i pulled a muscle was at soccer practice right before high school tryouts!. i didnt warm up good and we were doing some drills and i did a VERY extensive pull back and i just completely fell over!. My calf was so tight, that if i moved my leg, it would feel like there was a knot in my leg!. i had to drag myself off the field and i couldnt practice anymore!. the magical thing was that i wrapped my calf in bandage for the night and the next day, i went to PE and ran without any trouble!.
From your description, i dont think you pulled a muscle!. it would be helpful to know which muscle hurts or what area its in!. if you have muscle pain, a hot bath and a wrap of the injured area works wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
