In general, I believe that mosquito bites are not usually that big!. I have however had some pretty big ones like that myself!. I would get some after bite medicine and put on it to stop the itching!. It may be that big because you are itching it!. You should be fine after a week!. If it doesn't go down after a week, I would seek go to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it gets super itchy, and swells realy large, it's probably because your allergic!. My Dr!. told me to run hot water over the area [as hot as you can stand it] and then put a hot rag on it!. It takes away the itching and makes the swelling go down!. Also some cortisone cream would help! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be honest, I'm no expert on bug bites, but I've had a few mosquito bites that were the size of a half dollar before!. So I think you're fine!. If it doesn't clear up in a day or so, I'd say go see a doctor!.

Also try putting some ice on it, it might put the swelling down!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah!. i've had bigger bites!. but still, you have to undergo some tests!. mosquitoes are vectors of diseases such as DHF!. if you experience recurrent fever for 1 week and you have black stool and feels weak and you get rash-like macules (petechiea) you definiyely need to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I didn't see anything!. Must be OkWww@Answer-Health@Com
