Walking even brisk walking for 20 min daily is good!. Swimming is good!. Aerobic and dancing exercises!. Have you try squatting to target the problem areas such as the butt and and the thighs!. Don't be so obsessed with numbers!. If you feel good at whatever weight you are , then you are on the right track!. Try to stay away from sweets( high glycemic foods) which will only make you feel sluggish and gain weight!. Get enough rest and sleep to avoid daytime sleepiness!. !. Take vitamins and supplement!. Your diet should be a balanced one with veggies and fruits and lots of water!. Salads are good!. But don't forget to eat green and leafy vegetables for their fiber!. Try to make breakfast as your heavy meal so you have all day to burn it up!. Then followed by light lunch and a very light dinner!. Do not eat anything after 7 PM!. Make sure you practice good bowel health!.

So control your weight with the proper exercise and good nutrition!. Oh yeah, karate is also good!. Avoid STRESS and anxiety!.

The indication to good health is the way your teeth looks!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

my idea--no late or heavy dinner!.!.just fruits and a helping of whole wheat biscuits or if you cant take the ordeal, light meals will do<slow down on meat during evenings because it really takes time to digest it> no midnight snacks!. no snacks during breaks---drink real mixed fruit juices instead!.!.!.swimming is good too, moves every sinews and muscles of the body!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
