Question: Torn shoulder labrum question!?

i tore my shoulder labrum a year in a half ago i had surgery and a year of physical therapy!. now today i was playing catch and it felt like it gave way and popped out again it has done this 3 times since the surgery!. these incidents have happend a year after the surgery!.

is this normallll!? has this ever happened to anyone!?

yeah its normal and you are probablly going to have to have another surgery the shoulder prob just wasnt used to doing regular activities after the surgery you might have to give it some rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
