I have a husband that snores, and I've found that the best ear plugs are the wax ones that mold to your ear!. The cheap foam kind work okay!.!.!.but they hurt my hears after a while, and I take them out in my sleep!.!.!.and then wake up to the snoring!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have to sleep sometimes out in the open and surrounded by people moving around!. You really have to experiment but I like the ones that are denser foam, not the lightweight foam, and not the hardest plastic ones, but the medium foam ones!.

I go to Target or Wal-Mart and look for the ones that are medium not too stiff in the ear but not so light that you can still hear everything!.

I also sleep with a fan on, and that helps when I can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem, it's so annoying and causes many arguments in our house!. Your husband should really be checked out by the doc, mine was and was told the problem should go away when he looses weight!. That doesn't help now though!! I haven't tried ear plugs for his snoring although I did use the wax kind that mould to your ear when I worked nights and needed peace and quiet through the day!. I'd recommend those!. My husband tried one of those wrist bands that gives a mild shock when he snores, that worked for a while but not any more!. I notice that he snores more if his pillows aren't just right and his head is at an angle!. Plenty fresh air in the bedroom helps too!.

Ear plugs are good to a point but also can be bad in the event of something going wrong in ones home whereby where they should have been alert of their surroundings, but wasn't aware of it!. There are all kinds of products out there that can help your husbands snoring!. I know what that can be like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bose QC 2 Earphones, with the noise reduction system!. Those aren't really ear plugs, but the plugs won't block the sound of the snoring out entirely, either!.

Perhaps you should get your husband checked out for sleep apnea, or some sort of snoring disorder!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use the sleep pretty in pink foam earplugs!. They claim to be designed for a womans ear, and I find they work really well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
