Burst blood vessels in face!

i get really bad migranes and last night i was throwing up and i guess strained too hard because this morning i found red dots all under my eyes like on my cheekbones!.

i was just wondering how long it will take to go back to normal and if there's anything i can do to make it heal fasterWww@Answer-Health@Com
