It looks like nothing more than a flea or bed bug bite!. A early spider bite is possible if the pain spreads through the arm it's a widow and you can treat that with pain killers (it's extremely painful)!. It could also be a early brown recluse bite if it starts to turn a purple is black that is!. You will need to go to the doctor for an antibiotic in that case!. Hope this was some help!. BTW NICE guitar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if it's just that little red dot then it looks like a flea bite!. Since you've already had lyme disease you know that the bit mark will resemble a bullseye and I can't see it that well to say!. There are tons of little bugs that like to bite on us so I wouldn't worry about it unless it doesn't go away in a week or so or gets bigger and worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Maybe it's a bat bite and you have rabies!. Which is a bit unfortunate for you, since nobody survives rabies!. Bat bites aren't always noticeable, lots of people don't even realise they've been bitten!. Good luck with that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
