What should i do if i got to much sleep?!


Question: What should i do if i got to much sleep!?
i got 12 hours of sleep last night!.!.!.!.and i am so tired!

Average sleep requirement for an adult is 7 hours/day!. For kids 12 to 16, 9 hours is recommended!. It is a proven scientific fact that the more you sleep, the more you want to sleep!. This does not apply to a single instance of long sleep!. You were probably very tired, for whatever reason and you still haven't fulfilled your bodies sleep requirement!. Don't worry about it!. Sometimes when i sleep a long time i am tired!. I believe the more you sleep the more tired you get!. Sleep if you feel you have to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
