Constant loud ankle cracking...Could there be something wrong?!
Question: Constant loud ankle cracking!.!.!.Could there be something wrong!?
Hi, I'm a 15 year old female and for the past 1 to 2 years i have been suffering with my ankles!. They click constantly When i walk or move them and its not quiet its really loud :] When I'm at football training my mates constantly rip me cos they can hear them clicking when I'm doing drills even if I'm about 5 meters away from them!. They don't hurt all the time but do when i do intense sport!. People can here my ankles before they see me and just want to know really if there is anything wrong with them!? Did think it could of been after i sprained my ankle but i only sprained my right one and it happens to both my ankles so i don't no :) Any help would be very welcomed :) Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I recommend going to the doctors, that way you can find out if there is something wrong with it but if it's not hurting chances are that it is a minor situation!. And just to let you know I kinda know what your going through, my Hip has been hurting for months now so my mum is taking me to the doctors because you can hear it click very loudly!. (I'm going today :( Lol)
