Question: Do i have an internal bleeding!?
well for the past four months i've been throwing up blood, and just recently [ a week] i am able to spit blood and i also have like a boiling feeling in my stomach!. to add to that, i feel like fainting every time i stand up or even opening my eyes!. my friends said i have an ulcer, i believe its true since i do have mostly all of the symptom!.

What you are describing is a very serious complaint and you need to see your Doctor as a medical emergency!.
Blood in vomit is not normal!. If you are loosing blood and fainting, cold clammy skin then you are most certainly having in internal bleed!. What is happening is that you are rapidly becoming anaemic and this needs to be treated very quickly!. Yes you could bleed to death so hurry on, switch the computer off and get to your doctors now!

You sound very, very sick which is no wonder if you've known you were unwell for this long!.
Go and see a doctor! There are many things that could be causing this and none of them are good!. Depending on what you have it could very well kill you (what if you have cancer!? what you've described could be anything) Hopefully it is just something less serious like an ulcer but be aware that untreated ulcers can also kill you in some cases!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a perforated stomach ulcer!. See your Dr right away!. Stomach ulcers are easily treated if they are treated early on!. If it is perforated it can still be treated but recovery is longer!. If you leave this untreated!.!.!. yes, you will die!. Don't delay see your Dr today or go to the accident and emergency department at the hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes thats an ulcer! you should go to the doctor!.!.!.!. i had a ulcer that started causing my blood to boil in my tummy the acid burned 3 holes throw my stomach and you cud see it threw my skin!.!.!.!.!.!. my muscle around my ribs swoll up and it made it hard for me to breath considering there was limited shape for my lungs to expand!.!.!.!.!.!. but still i didnt go to the doc till i couldnt move !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. the dry blood ended up making blood cloths in the chest and i was in the hospital for 2 1/2 weeks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.blood came out all 3 ends !.i was on more meds than ever and when i got out i slept 3 day straight only getting up twice to use the bathroom!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. but hey if you dont wanta get treated then dont!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your parents have no knowledge of this i take it !? - if they don't then you really need to inform them & you need to go to see your Gp at the very least, as it may not be serious at present, but illnesses have a tendancy to get worse before they get better!.
Go see your Gp, you shouldn't be dealing with this all on your own!.
