i havent tried much but putting ice on the outside of my mouth helped for a while
no pain medicine has worked thus far

You'll want to make an emergency appointment with a dentist in the morning!. It's not going to go away on its own!. For tonight you may have to suffer!. If you have a prescription pain med!. in the house try using that for tonight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
hit your nearest liquor store and get a small bottle of everclear it's 195 proof and just swish some in your mouth and then hold it on the side that hurts for as long as you can stand!. about 20 to 30 seconds should do it!. then spit it out and your tooth should be numb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
