Question: I have a knee pain that is really hurting

Keep putting ice for as long as possible on it this will ease the pain!.
in the night use a pain ointment,
while sleeping keep a pillow under ur knee to keep it slightly elevated!.

See your family Doctor and they can then either see if you need to be referred to an orthopedic surgeon/sport medicine doctor or they can send you for x-rays or an MRI to see if they is any visible damage!. Continuing to play sports when your knee is injured may only lead to more issues!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
