I keep getting muscle cramps all over my body, my arms, legs, back !. and I was wondering if potassium would help this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Potassium is not the only one when deleted that causes this problem, my daughter was growing really rapidly during puberty and she got muscle cramps all the time, load up on calcium too, you can suppliment both of these minerals with pills!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
