Answers:
You could have carpel tunnel!. Did I spell that right!?!? I had that exact same problem when i was pregnant!. They said I had carpel tunnel in pregnancy (caused by swelling around the nerve that causes that pain) after I had the baby and my swelling went away, the pain went away!. You may have that same problem!.!.!.only minus the pregnancy part!. See a doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

That has happened to me in the past!. I found that a few visits to a chiropractor put things right!. Muscle tension may be causing constriction of blood vessels!. Obviously you're not tensing the muscles purposely, because you are asleep!.

Talk to your doctor, but if the MD can't help, or only offers medication, I'd see a chiropractor instead, for noninvasive assistance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Often, when I sleep with my hands up near my head on my back, my hands will fall asleep to the point where I can't feel them at all!. Makes turning off the alarm kind of difficult!. Pay attention to how you're sleeping because it's probably just lack of circulation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are probably just sleeping in a way that is not allowing alot of blood to get to your hands!. Try to find a new position, so that your hands are Not above your heart level, or that your not squishing them by laying your head on your arm or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

me too!. i went to the dr and he thinks it is neurological!. i made an appt to see a neurologist!. my friend had the same thing and she has arthritis!. so young!. it happens!. but maybe not you!. could be a pinched nerve or the way you are sleeping lately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you sleep with your hands over your head they might not be getting proper blood flow and could be causing the numbness!. My dad has the same problem and that is what the doctor said was causing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure your hands are not under you when you fall asleepWww@Answer-Health@Com

stop lying on them in your sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
