Question: Help quick with a hand hurting!
My husband was just pulling weeds outside and he grabbed one of the prickly ones!.!.!.and his hand is burning!.!.!.any remedies!? What should we do!? Its a common weed!.!.!.so no need tot hink its poisonis!. Thanks! Quick replies would be super helpful Www@Answer-Health@Com

Clean the site as thoroughly as possible!. If the area is raised/inflamed at all, apply a cold compress and take an NSAID (Advil, etc!.)!. If it begins to itch/swell worse, administer a Histamine Blocker (benadryl, etc!.) as there may be a mild allergic reaction!. If it gets any worse, or if there is any tingling/swelling in the tongue, throat, or neck, go to the ED immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

and grab a chunk of aloe
and rub on hand

you might want to cut it open
and add cold water

Sounds like he's slightly allergic to it!. Hold his hand in ice water for awhile and then apply and antiseptic cream or gel to his hand!.!.!.!.!.!.he might want to take an over the counter allergy medication as well!. he'll be fine though!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
wrap it in a warm rag!. if there is thorns stuck in it, the warmth will help to draw them out!. if it still burns after that bring him to the ER and tell him to wear gloves next time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
