If the pain is in between your shoulders blades in your upper back PLEASE go see your local doctor!. I had pains like that my chest hurt also before that, I waited to long before going to the doctor!. The results when I did go where overwhelming I was hospitalized for 4 days!. I had done damage to my heart and if I had gone in earlier maybe something could have been done!. All they could tell me was the bottom of my heart was not in rhythm, and it was very possible that I had a slight heart attack!.

Its hard to say with out seeing a doctor!. But Urine infections will do it, could be kidney stones to!. Or you may have a disk out of place!.
