went swimming yesterday and forgot to put sunscreen on my legs!.!. burnt really bad!. Any way to get rid of the pain!?

Drugstores carry aloe vera gel with a pain reliever built in!. There will be regular aloe that will help you heal, but next to it there will be aloe with added lidocaine!. the lidocaine will help to relieve the pain while the burn heals!. Hope this helps because Sunburns can hurt severely!. I also recommend taking an aspirin to reduce any swelling and help relieve pain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I haven't proven scientifically if this works or not, but if I get a sun burn I just take a REALLY REALLY hot shower!. It'll hurt worse while you're showering but you'll burn all the burnt skin off :)!.
Sun burns aren't that painful though so you shouldn't complain!. I lit my hand on fire and got severe second degree burns!. Try that on for size!.

sunburn spray or go to the pharmacy and ask for "cream for burn victims" because that what my mom got!. they gave her cream for burn victims when she had sunburnWww@Answer-Health@Com
