For my worst pain I use breathing exercises mixed with brain exercises!. I breathe deeply and go through a complex song in my head note for note!.!.and if I get a note wrong I start over!. It has to be a relaxing song!. Last time I used 'Cantelope Island'!. Worked like a charm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
