Arm muscles and elbow hurts!


Question: Arm muscles and elbow hurts
Hello!. Every time I work out my arms (elbow and down to my hands hurts as he**), I went to Xray and they said everything looks good!. I work out at home and mainly work on my triceps!. Elbow started hurting 2 days ago!. When I take ibuprofen it helps, but then pain comes back again!. Any suggestions what should I do!? I also started doing perfect push up, where I twist arms doing it!. And when I pick some up, it hurts more when I twist weight!. What you say!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go to Yahoo Health to make sure I'm telling you right!. Sounds like you have "Tennis Elbow"!. One doesn't have to play tennis to get this!. It's a name for irritating this particular tendon, as it radiates pain all the way down ones arm!. Complete rest by refraining from repeating the activity usually heals the tendon within a week or two!. Gradually start back excercising carefully!. Make sure you are doing the curls correctly to build your triceps!.

Why would you twist weight when doing "perfect push ups"!? This is something you might want to ask a professional trainer about!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. most are secure and will share their secrets with you!.

There is also a tendon in your hand!.!.!.!.carpal tendon!. Look this up, as well!. See if this fits your symptoms!. Sometimes, we have to be specific with description of pain to physicians!. They're able to determine what it is and treat it properly!. X-Rays can't always see the pain or source!.

You'll be fine in no time!. I believe and have muscles galore with rest!

There could be a few reasons, but nothing that cannot be fixed:

-You could be overextending your arm when you are working your triceps out!.

-You need to be alternating muscle groups every other day!. Your triceps should only be worked out every 48 hours, so the muscle you tear, can have time to heal itself again before doing more exercising!.

-You may be putting too much pressure on your elbows when you are working out doing the push ups!. Try doing less than what you are doing at first and then work your way up!.

-If you have just started out your body just might be adjusting to the new muscles that you are trying to build up!. Just take two Ibuprofen thirty minutes before you work out and be sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after you exercise!. Hydration is key!

Tennis Elbow!. See a doctor for a cortizone injection to the elbow!. Also try some percogelsic, strongest over the counter pain medicine you can buy!. Wrap it with a pain wrap you can buy at the pharmacy or use some Ben Gay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
