Should I be concerned about this pain I have?!

Question: Should I be concerned about this pain I have!?
Hi,

For a couple hours now I have been feeling this mild pain, mainly on my right side and little on my upper left arm!. It only really bothers me when I lie down, making it hard for me to sleep!. I have only had a mild throbbing like headache accompanying it, mainly in the front of my head!.

Yesterday at my job, I worked a 6!.5 hour shift that consisted on a lot of standing and walking about!. Im also a diet at the moment if that makes a difference!.

Should I be concerned!? What could this be!?

Any help is appreciated!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
its not good to be on a diet while you are working!. you are having loe sugar which is causing the dizziness and headache!. im guessing you need potassium !. and that will cause muscle pain in the arm!. try snacking on a banana or drinking gatoraide while working!. see if this helps!. you are burning muscle and carbohydrates without replacing the much neede elecyotes your body needs to function!. you can diet and still eat healthy!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know that it'd be anything serious, but usually pain is your body's way of alerting you to something not being right, if it gets more intense you should seek medical care immediately, however if the pain is the same in the morning, call a dr and make an apt!. if it's gone, you probably just strained a muscle, or pinched a nerve!.

hope you feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a pinched nerve!.!.
20 minutes of cold followed by
20 minutes of warm!.

If it was a heart attack your left arm would hurt,
