Do you think I could have Worms?!

Question: Do you think I could have Worms!?
How do I know if you have worms!? I have been eating loads recently and my bowel movements have been a little weird!. In SOME (definitely not all) of my bowel movements there are small white/orange bits!. Also 2 weeks ago I was sick in two evenings (several times)!. I have had several headaches, which I've heard can be a symptom!. Please help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It could be undigested bits of food, especially if you're eating anything that you normally do not (sesame seeds, some vegetables, etc)!.

If your stomach is feeling a bit distended or you still feel a little "full", you may be constipatied, even though you are going some!. If your stool is narrow/thin then you may have a bit of an obstruction, as constipation can lead to headaches as well!.

Drink a glass of prune juice in the morning before you eat anything, if you think this may be the case!. Chase it with another glass of water 10 minutes later!. Should make you poop within an hour or two, and may induce diarrhea (so don't panic lol)!.

This does not sound like worms!.

Light-colored, white or clay-colored indicates a lack of bile in stool!. This may indicate a bile duct obstruction!. If it has an orange tint to it, it could be a bit of blood mixed into it!. This light colored stool is commonly referred to as 'pale stool'!. Being that it is clumpy most likely means it is a fatty stool!.

This sounds like a liver issue!. It can be a number of things including:

Gallstones
Bile duct obstruction
Biliary atresia
Sclerosing cholangitis
Hepatitis
Liver tumor
Liver cancer
Pregnancy-related jaundice
Pancreatitis
Chronic pancreatitis
Pancreatic cancer
Sprue
Large amounts of light-colored foods:
Large amounts of rice (yes, I know that sounds strange)

Since there are a number of things that can cause your specific symptoms, your best bet would be to just go to the doctor but you probably don't have worms!.

If you can't go to the doctor, try taking an herbal supplement called Milk Thistle!. Milk Thistle can help you liver by increasing bile production!. Even the Mayo Clinic recommends this herb for liver disorders!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate to say it but you may have worms!. I had them once as a child and was extremely embarrassed about it!. But an old wives cure fixed them right up for me!.
Drink a table spoon of apple cider vinegar each morning (only if you have time to dedicate to a restroom trip!. Do not take a sip right before work, or school, or a long car trip!. ) I would actually suggest drinking a table spoon and a half after your evening meal!.
Going to the doctor would be your best bet however!. I hope you feel better and everything works out well!. Worms are easier to get then people think!. Good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

the worms would literally crawl out of your *** when you are pooping, but if you really want to make sure, then go to your doctor and express your concerns, he/she will take a bowel sample and examine it!. better safe than sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
