Have i broke my Hand?!

i hurt my hand playing football last night, i put my hand out to stop the person running through but they ran straight into the top of it!. I immediately heard a crack!.!.!.!.although my bones crack at the best of times! i was in quite a bit of pain last night so i took pain killers which eased it a bit i woke up a few times through the night with the pain, although it istn as bad now!. My palm just in from my thumb is blue and swollen, and the back of my hand between my middle knuckles is swollen and sore to touch!.
in saying this i can move my fingers i just cant put any pressure on them and cant make a tight fist yet!.
i was wondering whether it was just a staive or could i have broken a bone in my hand, and what would they do if i have broke a bone, would they put a cast on, because i have a match on thursday night i need to play in!.!.!.even if i only have one hand!.!.!.its gaelic football!Www@Answer-Health@Com
