My knee clicks? suggestions!


Question: My knee clicks!? suggestions
ok, ive had a look at other questions on this, and non seem to be the same as mine!.!.!.

If I raise my right leg and and swing my lower leg back and forth, it clicks when its at full stretch forward!.!. its done this for ages, and has never hurt or caused any issue with running or kneeling down or anything, I take cod liver oil, exercise, it still does it, but, unlike what some people have said, mine doesnt hurt at all or restrict me!.!. what could it be!?
also, you can hear it to, some people dont believe the noise it from my knee as you can pysicaly hear it like when you crack your fingers!.!.

also, ive never had a injury on it!.

it could be your knee joint is trying to be out of position!.my husband being a footballer,at times landed up with this problem initially no pain but one day couldnt even take a step forward!.so had a acl reconstruction surgery where a ligament connecting the kneejoint was replaced!.i am not frightening u,but its better u see an ortho soon

Your joints could just be loose!. The looseness will cause the knee cap to glide over your ligaments and tendents in your leg!. This will not hurt anything!. If you experience pain or swelling then I would go and see a doctor, otherwise you should be fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've got that two in my right leg and it's bloody noisy! I reckon it's Cartilage!. As it was my kicking leg and I was a Goalkeeper it could well be worn out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
